One of the breakout stars of this year’s Coachella (2013) had nothing to do with the musical acts. The carefree, slow-going Helix Poeticus – affectionately dubbed Coachella Snail – was perhaps one of the most photographed features from the festival.Built on a variable reach forklift, this 80′ long x 30′ tall silver-skinned mollusk inched it’s way across the 2014 Coachella Polo fields to make fast friends with festival-goers.
